How we work out your price
- Regular cleans, weekly or fortnightly, are £20 an hour.
- A one off clean takes about 1.5 times as long as a regular visit. A deep clean takes about twice as long. The hourly rate stays the same.
- The time shown is our suggestion, based on the number of bedrooms.
- You can add or take off half hours when you book. The minimum visit is 2 hours.
- Supplies and equipment are included. There is no charge for travel.
An example
Take a three bedroom house. We suggest 2.5 hours for a regular clean, at £20 an hour.
- Regular clean: 2.5 hours, so £50.00 each visit.
- One off clean: about 1.5 times as long, 3.75 hours, so £75.00.
- Deep clean: about twice as long, 5 hours, so £100.00.
Want us to stay longer? Each extra half hour adds £10.00.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular or one off clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and bins: worktops, sinks, hob, toilets, showers and baths, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. A deep clean covers all of that and then goes further, with skirting boards, door frames and light switches, window sills, cobwebs, limescale and built up grime, cupboard fronts, and under and behind furniture you can easily move. That is why it takes about twice as long. See the full list.
Paying
You pay by card after each visit. Once we have spoken, we send you a secure link to save your card, and we only take payment when the clean is done. You can cancel free of charge with 48 hours notice.
Ironing
- £8.00 per kg, ironed and returned folded or hung. Please give us your clothes already washed and dry.
- Minimum order £20.00.
- Collected on your clean day and returned about 3 days later. Returned on a day we are not cleaning for you? A £3.00 delivery fee applies.
- We weigh it on collection. You pay for the actual weight after it is returned, on your saved card. Bag sizes at booking are only an estimate.
